Lee is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Taxation Law and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Lee represents businesses, business owners, nonprofits, individuals and families in matters ranging from business and nonprofit entity planning, formation and reorganization; gift and estate tax planning; management, transfer, and liability protection of assets; and trust, estate and entity administration. Lee’s practice includes preparation of entity documents (including LLCs, limited partnerships and for profit and non profit corporations), ownership restriction agreements, pre and post marital property agreements, and estate planning and asset protection documents such as wills and revocable and irrevocable trusts. Lee regularly collaborates with non tax lawyers on tax issues that arise in their practices, such as business acquisitions and dispositions and divorce, contract and other litigation.
