Russell is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Russell represents individuals, families, and business owners in matters relating to the management, transfer, and preservation of their assets, including income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning, trust and estate administration, and representation before the I.R.S. Russell’s practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts, business entity organizational documents (including family limited partnerships), marital property agreements, and other estate planning, asset protection, charitable gift planning and business succession documents. Russell has experience in the formation and representation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, not-for-profit corporations, and private foundations. Additionally, he represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in contested litigation, including estates, trusts, and tax issues.
